Reinforcement Cages for Cast-in-Place Bored Piles – Precision according to DIN EN 1536

We manufacture reinforcement cages for cast-in-place bored piles in accordance with DIN EN 1536, complying with standards DIN 488-2009 and EN-ISO-17660 as well as the ZTV-Ing guidelines. We adapt flexibly to your requirements and offer customized solutions – including for the Continuous Flight Auger (CFA) method and the Front-of-Wall method.

Whether conical reinforcement cages with or without vibrating blades, eccentrically placed cages in the borehole, or innovative cage-in-cage systems – we implement your specifications with precision. We also supply and install accessories such as inclinometer tubes upon request.

Our reinforcement cages are manufactured in the desired lengths. For dimensions from 18 m to over 25 m, we rely on an experienced logistics provider with telescopic semi-trailers. We carry out both large-scale projects exceeding 500 tons and smaller construction projects – always at the highest technical level.
